My Journey to Transform Women's Healthcare
I founded Women In Wellness with a clear vision: to revolutionize how we approach women's health and wellbeing. It all began in 2010 when I established Mommy To Be Wellness shortly after the birth of my first daughter. As a massage therapist, kinesiologist, and quantum healer, motherhood opened my eyes to the unique and often unspoken challenges that we as women face.
My Vision
I believe deeply in the power of conscious conception, pregnancy, motherhood, and the transitions of menopause. Through my work, I've witnessed how the mind, body, and spirit are profoundly interconnected during these transformative seasons of life.
That's why I've created a wellness approach that integrates Eastern wisdom with Western medicine, offering a healing methodology that addresses a woman's complete wellness journey. We provide mobile wellness services throughout Los Angeles, Miami, Orange County, and New York, bringing personalized care directly to women in the comfort of their homes.
Beyond In-Home Care
My vision extends beyond individual care. I'm passionate about creating inspiring community events that amplify the integrative and conscious lifestyle movement. I bring together visionary leaders, healthcare providers, and wellness advocates to elevate the standard of women's wellness globally.
Our signature networking events, including our annual PAUSE and upcoming ARTHA gatherings, offer exclusive, intentionally curated experiences where women in wellness can recharge, connect, and explore the profound interconnection of mind, body, and soul wellness.
How It All Began
When I became a mother, I saw the silent struggles among women in my community—from fertility issues and miscarriages to postpartum challenges and work-life balance. I realized there was a critical gap in women's healthcare. In our busy cities, I found no soft spaces for mothers to rest, recharge, and reconnect with themselves.
This realization inspired me to create a mobile wellness service, bringing nurturing care directly to women's homes. Over time, I expanded this vision by blending integrative Eastern and Western medical approaches, recognizing that holistic healing alongside modern healthcare was essential for supporting women completely.
A Growing Movement
What began as my personal mission has blossomed into a thriving community and movement dedicated to helping women rediscover their strength, find balance, and feel supported throughout all life stages. I'm proud of our media partnerships including BELLA Magazine and sponsorships from respected organizations like HRC Fertility, Beverly Women's Care, VIP Nannies, and Hollywood Reporter.
We regularly welcome thought leaders like Dr. Mariza, a leading expert in Integrative Menopause, and Lavinia Errico, the visionary founder of Equinox, to share insights on vital topics ranging from integrative fertility and maternity to menopause and mental health.
My Core Belief
At the heart of everything I do is a simple yet powerful mission: to nurture women from the inside out and connect the visionaries who are transforming women's healthcare globally. I believe that when we as women prioritize our wellbeing, we become better in every aspect of life—and that ripple effect transforms our families, our communities, and ultimately, our world.
As a mother of three, I understand firsthand the challenges of self-care in today's fast-paced world. That's why I'm committed to creating a supportive environment where mothers and all women can prioritize their well-being and thrive.
